How can I return items?

  • Contact Napalm Death Support, who can then send you a return label.
  • Print out the shipping label and stick it on the package
  • Bring the package to a DHL acceptance point and send it back to us free of charge.


Which items can I return?

  • Items whose date of purchase is no more than 14 days ago
  • Items are in unused and resalable condition
  • Item in its original packaging with tags intact
  • Items whose seal is not broken


Print-on-demand items

A print on demand item can only be refunded if there is a manufacturing defect.


What falls under production defects:

  • Misprint
  • Broken items (e.g. holes)
  • The item itself does not match our size charts


What is not included:

  • Wrong size ordered - but the specifications in the measurement table are adhered to.


Why can't Print on Demand items be returned due to the incorrect size ordered?

Since your item is made especially for you in order to save storage space as well as from an ecological point of view, we can no longer store the item with us and the item would have to be destroyed. It is also technically not possible to store the item with us and send it to another customer.

With our measurement tables, we offer you all the means to enable you to estimate which size is most suitable for you. Important: Not every t-shirt is from the same manufacturer. We therefore ask you to always observe the information in the measurement table.


Which items can I not return?

  • Items purchased more than 14 days ago
  • Item in used and not resalable condition
  • Items without original packaging or with labels removed or damaged


Items from the order are faulty or the package was damaged when you received it?

If an item from your order is faulty or the package was damaged when you received it, please contact our customer service within 7 days of the delivery date.


Can items be exchanged?

An exchange is only possible for limited items and only if the desired exchange item is still in stock.

In any other case, we will refund you the amount for your returned item and ask you to reorder your desired item.


What refund options are there?

We offer the following credit refund to the original payment method.


How soon can I get a refund?

You will be notified by email once your returned items have been received and inspected or after we received your returned items the refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.

You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If the application is approved, the refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.


How quickly will my return be processed?

Please note that there may be delays in processing during busy times.

We will usually let you know the status of your return within 10 business days.
