Incorrect information

If you make a mistake with the delivery address, you can contact our support so that we can adjust the delivery address accordingly. However, this is only possible if your package has not yet been sent. If DHL is unable to deliver your package due to incorrect information, we will have to charge you the corresponding return fee.

A return note for wrong deliveries is enclosed in your package.

Shipping and transport damage 

Shipment is carried out via DHL with a shipment tracking system to determine the delivery status. Your order is always delivered completely. Packaging that is visibly damaged during transport must be reported to the delivery service immediately upon receipt.
