Returns and return costs

Valid for all orders placed from 1 April 2024.

Returns are generally possible. Please note that you (the consumer) always bear the return costs, unless there is a production error or the wrong item has been dispatched.

The consumer also bears the costs of the return shipment if he exercises his right of cancellation.

IMPORTANT: These are the return costs! If you return the item within the cancellation period, the item costs and the freight costs (to you) will be credited to you.

We will be happy to create an appropriate returns label for you and send it to you by e-mail. We will charge you the following amount for this service:
